Tom founded Baughman Capital Management in 1986 which has grown into Arcadia Capital where he serves as Partner, and Senior Financial Advisor. For over 36 years Tom has been providing comprehensive financial planning and investment services to business owners, professionals, corporate executives and individuals and their families who require a high level of customized, personal service.

In addition, Tom has extensive experience helping individuals navigate the financial and personal challenges of divorce. Working closely with his clients and their other outside professionals, he enjoys creating a positive roadmap for the next chapter of life.

Tom is widely recognized for his personal approach to working side-by-side with his clients to simplify a sometimes-complex planning process. Tom has been a featured speaker at industry conferences, appeared on TV and has been a frequent financial planning source for media outlets and enjoys giving back to his community where he has served on numerous charitable boards as a leader and role model.

Outside of Arcadia Capital, Tom is a father to two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with his family in northern Michigan. Leading a healthy lifestyle, Tom is also a triathlete and has participated in many notable events, such as the Iron Man.

Tom earned his BA from Hope College and holds his Series 7, 24, 63, & 65 licenses.
