David joined the firm in 2017 with more than 30 years of valuable global business experience working in 26 countries for companies such as General Electric, 3M, UPS, and IBM. David evaluates his client’s individual financial situation in an organized, conscientious, deliberate, and disciplined manner to help navigate towards a successful personal financial state. His corporate career taught him to set strict guidelines and follow them.

After his remarkable corporate career, David now specializes in financial and estate planning for multi-generational families. He enjoys the demands of the fast-paced industry because of his detail-oriented approach. He makes it a priority to respond to requests in a timely manner and gives clients his undivided attention.

In 2018 David became the majority partner of Arcadia Capital’s office in Stevensville, MI. David works with clients both in the Ann Arbor area and on the west side of Michigan where he applies a goal-based approach to financial planning and investment management that empowers his clients to have a clear vision of their future. David wants his clients to enjoy life while he handles the financial ramifications.

As a first-generation Chinese American from Taiwan, David and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Saline, Michigan and have three children, Hannah, Benjamin, and Mina. When David is not working, he enjoys traveling to faraway places and quiet downtime. David served on the board of directors of the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce from 2009 to 2012 and still mentors a few small businesses locally. David earned his BBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He also studied in the MBA program from the University of Connecticut.
